The Minnesota Vikings lost starting tackle Christian Darrisaw in Week 8 against the Rams, but they didn’t accept their fate. General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah went out and aggressively traded for a reliable replacement for Darrisaw.
The 2-6 Jacksonville Jaguars were searching for a trade partner for their players, like Cam Robinson, and they found one in Minnesota.
Cam Robinson has 91 starts for the Jaguars since 2017 and has been on an uptick in 2024. He had the franchise tag placed on him this past offseason and is set to be a free agent in 2025. For now though, the Vikings will hope he can help their offensive line remain steadfast in allowing Sam Darnold being able to get back on track.
To help see if Robinson will be successful, we used the tools that PFF has provided and have some numbers from them.
