The Tennessee Titans complete the NFL preseason with Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints at the Caesars Superdome.
Brian Callahan said this week that the Titans starters will play multiple series on Sunday. Will Levis and the Titans offense did not play in last week’s game against Seattle, but the Titans starters will get a chance to tune up before the regular season. New Orleans is not expected to play its starters according to multiple reports..
Week 1 in Chicago is in two weeks, but roster cutdown day is on Tuesday. This will be the last chance to make an impression on the field for the players on the roster bubble.

Tennessee’s defense gets the final stop to secure a 3-0 preseason, the first unbeaten preseason since 2003.
Will Levis was 7-of-8 for 118 yards and led two scoring drives.
The Titans have roster cutdown day on Tuesday, and Week 1 is in two weeks in Chicago. Postgame comments to come.
The Titans re-take the lead with a Malik Willis fourth-down TD pass to Bryce Oliver. PAT good.
Titans started with good field position following a 22-yard punt return by Eric Garror.
Ryan Stonehouse has a couple punts in the second half, his first game action since a knee injury last December. He had a 53-yard punt and a punt inside the 10-yard line.
Spencer Rattler hits A.T. Perry for a 43-yard reception inside the Titans’ 5-yard line, with Jacob Kibodi capping the drive with a 2-yard TD run.
Malik Willis hits Bryce Oliver on a go-route on third-and-long for a 34-yard touchdown to put the Titans ahead in the fourth quarter.
Oliver has made plays in every preseason game so far.
Saints RB Jacob Kibodi has 50 rushing yards on seven carries, including a 11-yard touchdown over the left side to give New Orleans the lead early in the fourth quarter.
Jabari Small fumbled away the ball on the Titans’ first drive, but the Titans defense holds the Saints to three points. Spencer Rattler’s TD pass to AT Perry was wiped away via a holding penalty, and Blake Grupe tied the game at 13 on a 38-yard field goal.
Not a good moment for Small, who appears to be on the outside looking in for a reserve running back role on the 53-man roster.
Brayden Narveson’s 58-yard field goal try at the end of the half is short, and Saints receiver Samson Nacua nearly returns it the length of the field for a kick-six. But good hustle by Thomas Odukoya in forcing him to step out of bounds inside the 5-yard line.
Blake Grupe hits from 54 yards out as the Saints offense completes a quick two-minute drill.
Some injury updates:
Mason Rudolph is in the game and leads a scoring drive, with a couple of nice throws to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and David Martin-Robinson for first downs. It ends in the red zone with a 26-yard field goal by Brayden Narveson.
Rookie QB Spencer Rattler looks good in his first drive of the day, capping the drive against the Titans second-team defense with a 21-yard touchdown pass to Equanimeous St. Brown over the coverage of Jarvis Brownlee. PAT good.
The Titans offense is out for a second drive and immediately gets into New Orleans territory via a Calvin Ridley 33-yard catch. Tennessee settles for a 39-yard field goal from Nick Folk. (Ryan Stonehouse was holding for both kicks for Folk, by the way.)
The Titans first-teamers have gotten two scores in two drives offensively and two punts forced in two drives defensively.
The Titans go 84 yards in nine plays, jumpstarted by a Nick Vannett TE screen reception for 22 yards and a Tyler Boyd reception for 22 yards on a crossing route. After a DPI on a pass intended for Treylon Burks, Tony Pollard scores on a 1-yard TD run with Daniel Brunskill as the lead blocker at fullback.
Brian Callahan got a lot of different things on film for Chicago to worry about in Week 1 from that drive.
After one Saints first down, the Titans defense forces a stop and a punt near midfield. T’Vondre Sweat eventually got pressure on Saints QB Jake Haener on third down to force a poor throw, though good coverage also helped.
Will Levis and the Titans offense up next.
As was the plan, Jeffery Simmons and Harold Landry won’t play today. Otherwise, it’s the Titans starting defense among those healthy players. Going to be a lot of snaps today for Jarvis Brownlee Jr. at corner.
Saints second-team offense, led by Jake Haener, gets the ball first.
GENTRY ESTES:I’ve got big concerns about Tennessee Titans, but Will Levis isn’t one of them
