Tyler, the Creator is coming to Boston in July of next year.
The Grammy-winning artist announced his 2025 world tour on Wednesday after a string of releases promoting his new album, “Chromakopia.” The tour, which is titled after the album, will have rapper Lil Yachty and hip hop duo Paris Texas performing with acclaimed “IGOR” musician.
“Chromakopia” is set to release on Oct. 28, just four days before tickets go on sale for his world tour. It has been three years since Tyler, the Creator’s last album, “Call Me if You Get Lost,” so both announcements are delightful surprises to his fans who have been waiting for his new project.
The “Earfquake” rapper will be performing out of TD Garden in Boston as part of his world tour on July 8.

This announced show wasn’t the only love that the California-born auteur gave to Boston, as he featured Boston’s own Ayo Edebiri as a crazed fan in a short music video for his song, “NOID,” which is also set to be on his upcoming album.
