The Nuggets finished behind the Thunder for the Western Conference’s No. 1 seed last season, as both teams finished with identical 57-25 records.
While the Nuggets lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves in seven games in the West Semifinals last season, the Thunder fell to West champ Dallas Mavericks in six games in the same round.
