What channel is the Jaguars-Bills game on today? Start time, announcers, and more

2024-09-23 22:20:03

The Jacksonville Jaguars should be thrilled about how things played out in the AFC South in Week 1. While the Indianapolis Colts earned their first win of the season, the Houston Texans and the Tennessee Titans lost. That means that the Jags can move up in the division if they beat the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football. Sure, they would still be one game behind the Texans but the gap would be easier to close.

On the other hand, losing to Buffalo in Week 3 would put the Jaguars at a severe disadvantage just three games into the season. Right now, they’re a 5.5-point underdog but they have enough talent on both sides of the ball. It won’t be easy but it’s doable if Jacksonville cuts down on mistakes and exploit their opponents’ weaknesses.

If you want to watch the game, here’s how you can do it.

You will have options to watch this game. You can catch it on Fox30 or ESPN if you’re outside the Jacksonville area. Another option is to stream the game on either FuboTV or NFL+. Both services require a subscription, though.

The good news is that fuboTV is offering a free seven-day trial for first-time subscribers. Click here to get it.

If you prefer to listen to the game, you can do it on WJXL 1010 AM/92.5 FM. 99.9 Gator Country will also carry the broadcast.

On TV, Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, and Louis Reddick will provide analysis from the booth while Laura Rutledge handles sideline duty.

If you catch the game on the radio, Frank Frangie, Jeff Lageman and Tony Boselli will be the booth analysts and Bucky Brooks will report from the sidelines.

The Jaguars are 10-9 all-time against the Bills. The last four times these two AFC clubs have faced off against each other, Jacksonville has come out on top three times. The last time Buffalo won was back in the distant year of 2018.

Back in 2021, the Jags won 9-6. This was the second and last win Urban Meyer experienced in the NFL. Jacksonville won another game that year but that was with interim Darrell Bevell at the helm and once they had fired Meyer.

Last year, the Jaguars also beat Buffalo—this time in London. The loss was noteworthy because jetlag was cited as one of the reasons the Bills lost. In Week 3, though, the game will be at Highmark Stadium, so they’ll have no excuse.
