Autumn Oxley, also known as Autumn Crittendon, former cast member of MTV’s “16 and Pregnant,” has died, according to police. She was 27.
In a statement provided to TODAY.com, Henrico County Police Division confirmed Oxley died on July 20 at her home in Henrico County, Virginia, at approximately 3:12 p.m. local time.
“Henrico Police are currently classifying this incident as a death investigation,” the department’s statement reads in part.
Police officers and fire personnel responded to Oxley’s residence following the report of a medical emergency of an unresponsive adult female inside, the statement details. Members of Henrico Fire Department performed life-saving measures but Oxley, whom the police department identified in its statement, was pronounced dead at the scene.
