Though the fall season officially starts next month, Starbucks’ fall drink menu is available starting this week.
The popular seasonal menu, which features classics like the Pumpkin Spice Latte and new additions like the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai, will be available for purchase starting on Thursday, Aug. 22.
The Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai, which started as a popular customer customization, is now officially on the menu. According to Starbucks, the drink “features warming spice flavors of chai combined with creamy oat milk and topped with nondairy apple crisp cold foam, for a seasonal sip that is reminiscent of homemade apple pie often enjoyed at fall gatherings.”
New on the food menu this year is the Raccoon Cake Pop, a vanilla cake and buttercream dipped in chocolate icing.

In addition to the classic PSL, four drinks from previous seasons return to the menu. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, a cold brew coffee sweetened with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice topping, was introduced in 2019, along with the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, which is also topped with cold foam and pumpkin spice.
If pumpkin is not your thing, Starbucks also has two apple coffee drinks making a comeback, like the Apple Crisp Oat Milk Macchiato, which is available hot or iced and features flavor notes of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar, along with the Iced Apple Crisp Oat Milk Shaken Espresso.

App-exclusive drinks
Two exclusive fall beverages are available only on the Starbucks app. According to the company, the Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte “is made with rich espresso combined with milk and notes of apple, cinnamon and brown sugar, served over ice and topped with smooth salted caramel cream cold foam.” The other app-exclusive drink is the Iced Honey Apple Almond Milk Flat White, which is made with the Blonde espresso almond milk, honey, and a nondairy apple crisp cold foam.
Popular food menus items like Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins, Baked Apple Croissants, and Pumpkin & Pepita loaf return.
