Was it a tornado in Bucks County Pa?

The wind damage was caused not by a tornado, but a microburst, according to Ray Martin at the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey.

The thunderstorm that rolled in with cool air Tuesday evening dropped extremely quickly, due to the excessive heat in the area. This led to widespread wind damage.
