Reliance Jio down: People report issues with JioFiber, mobile internet

Reliance Jio is experiencing a service outage across various locations in India, preventing users from accessing communication applications as well as hitting employees working from home. This seems to have hit some people as some members of The Times of India Tech team are able to access internet on their phones.
According to Downdetector, a service that tracks online outages, indicates a significant issue with fiber and mobile internet connectivity.At the time of writing, 58% of users have complained about issues with JioFiber, while 37% users claimed their mobile internet is affected.
The complainants peaked at 1.41 pm with about 2,300 reports, with gradual decline till 2.11 pm. However, the reports again rose with over 1,900 complaints.
The cause of the outage remains unknown, and there is no official statement yet from Reliance Jio regarding the situation
This outage has caused significant frustration for Jio customers who depend on internet services for daily communication and entertainment.
