2024 Open Championship Friday tee times: Round 2 groupings

The 2024 Open Championship continues on Friday, July 19, with the second round at Royal Troon in Scotland. You can find full Open Championship tee times for Friday’s second round at the bottom of this post.

After Thursday’s early wave had finished off their opening rounds at Royal Troon, the early leader at the top of the board was one few people expected to see: Justin Thomas.

The two-time PGA champion has struggled in recent years, but not on Thursday. Thomas shot a steady three-under 68 to set the pace for Day 1, while stars like Rory McIlroy and Bryson DeChambeau struggled.

For Friday’s second round, Thomas will tee off at 7:53 a.m. ET alongside Sungjae Im and Matthew Southgate.

Golf fans can watch the second round of the Open beginning exclusively on Peacock at 1:30 a.m. ET on Friday. USA picks up the coverage on TV from 4 a.m.-3 p.m. ET, before coverage switches back to Peacock. Peacock will also offer featured group and featured hole coverage on Friday.
