Consecutive pass attempts that Caleb Williams completed to start the game, the most by a Bears rookie quarterback since Jim McMahon also connected on his first seven throws Dec. 19, 1982. On the Bears’ first possession, Williams completed 5 of 5 passes for 55 yards, setting up Cairo Santos‘ 53-yard field goal.

Williams’ completion percentage in the first half (12 of 15), the highest by a Bears rookie quarterback in a first half since at least 1991, with a minimum of 15 attempts.

Percentage of third-down plays the Texans converted (4 of 14). This season the Bears have held their two opponents to a 25% success rate on third down (7 of 28), tied for the third best in the NFL.

Degrees at kickoff, tying Sunday’s game with four others as the warmest Bears contest since 2000. The four others were played Sept. 10, 2000, in Tampa, Sept. 24, 2017, in Chicago, Oct. 14, 2018, in Miami and Sept. 17, 2023, in Tampa.

Yards of Santos’ two made field goals. Santos is now tied with Kevin Butler for the second most 50-yard-plus field goals in Bears history behind Robbie Gould’s 23. From that distance, Santos is 3-of-3 in 2024 and 14-of-16 (87.5%) the past three seasons after converting 3-of-12 (25.0%) the previous five years.

Games Marcedes Lewis has now played in his 19-year NFL career, tying Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez for the second most by a tight end in league history, one behind all-time leader Jason Witten.
