The Oura Ring is a fitness tracker — that can monitor activity, sleep, heart rate, recovery, stress and more — disguised as a piece of jewelry. It’s water-resistant up to 100 meters and has a seven-day battery life, according to the brand. NBC Select reporter Harry Rabinowitz tested it out for months and says it’s a sleek alternative to chunky fitness watches. He’s also a fan of its accurate sleep tracking and automatic workout detection features.
