Shannon Sharpe appears to post sex video on Instagram, claims account was hacked

Shannon Sharpe claims his Instagram was hacked after a sexually explicit video was posted to his account on Wednesday.

A woman can be heard moaning in the minute-and-a-half long video, which doesn’t show Sharpe or any faces.

At one point, the ESPN on-air talent’s name appears to be uttered by the anonymous voice.

The video started with the camera pointed toward what looked to be the ceiling in the room before turning over and facing down for the rest of the clip.

Sharpe has been private about his dating life — he was previously engaged to fitness trainer Katy Kellner in 2016 — but has never been married.

With more than 3.2 million followers on Instagram, thousands of people tuned in for the NSFW live feed before it disappeared.

Some Instagram users had some fun at Sharpe’s expense in the comments as the video dragged on.

“Hang up the phone Big Unc,” one commenter wrote, referring to his nickname.

“UNC trippin right now,” another said.

Thousands of people watched Sharpe’s Instagram clip that he claims was part of a cyber attack.

Sharpe would later blame the post on a cyber attack.

“Beware my @shannonsharpe84 Instagram was hacked this morning, my team and I are working vigorously to figure this out — UNC,” he wrote in a since-deleted post.

Sharpe, a three-time Super Bowl winner during a 13-year NFL career, was one of the most dominant tight ends in pro football history, racking up four first-team All-Pro nods, eight Pro Bowl appearances and was named a member of the NFL’s 1990s All-Decade Team.

Since his played days came to an end, Sharpe has turned to sports media. He famously went head-to-head with Skip Bayless on FS1’s “Undisputed” until leaving the show in the summer of 2023.

Sharpe has since become an ESPN contributor and hosts a swath of podcasts — including his “Nightcap” show with fellow ex-NFLer Chad Ochocino, whom Sharpe excoriated on an episode week for not being professional.
