Gabriel Olds is charged with allegedly sexually assaulting three women whom he dated between 2013-2023
LOS ANGELES, CA – Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced today that actor Gabriel Olds has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting three women whom he dated in the Los Angeles area between 2013-2023.
“The pain and suffering these victims have endured is beyond words and no one should ever experience such a betrayal of trust. Consent is never optional,” District Attorney Gascón said. “The alleged actions of Mr. Olds are utterly inexcusable and a grave violation of these women’s rights. We are steadfast in our commitment to prosecute this case and ensure that the offender is held fully accountable. Our Bureau of Victim Services remains ready to assist the survivors with trauma-informed services as they navigate the difficult road to healing.”
Gabriel Emerson Olds (dob 03/24/72) is charged in case 24ARCF01116 with three counts of forcible rape; one count of rape of an unconscious or asleep person; one count of sodomy by use of force; one count of assault with intent to commit a felony; and one count of injuring a spouse, cohabitant, fiancé, boyfriend, girlfriend, or child’s parent.
Olds is scheduled to be arraigned August 8 in Dept. 30 of the Airport Courthouse.
From 2013 to 2023, Olds allegedly sexually assaulted three women whom he dated.
Olds was arrested on August 7, 2024.
The People are recommending that Olds be held on $3,500,000 bail. If convicted as charged, Olds faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
The case is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department.
