TSPSC Group-I Preliminary Results 2024: The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has announced the results of the Group-I Services Preliminary Test. This announcement follows the examination held on June 9, 2024, in 31 districts across Telangana. The test, conducted in an objective format, is a crucial step in the recruitment process for various Group-I services as outlined in Notification No.02/2024, dated February 19, 2024.
Scanned copies of the OMR answer sheets were made available to candidates through their login accounts on June 24, 2024. Following the receipt and review of objections to the provisional answer key, a final key was prepared by the Subject Experts Committee. This final key was then uploaded to the candidates’ login accounts on July 7, 2024.
Based on the Preliminary Test results, 31,382 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the Mains Examination. Details of the shortlisted candidates have been posted on the TSPSC website.
The commission has also addressed the shortfall concerning Meritorious Sports Persons. Candidates who have claimed sports reservations and have represented India in international competitions will undergo further verification. Notifications for these candidates will be issued separately post verification of their Form-I submissions.
The Group-I Main Examination is scheduled from October 21, 2024, to October 27, 2024. Candidates can download their hall tickets one week prior to the examination.
TSPSC has also informed that the marks and cut-off marks for the Group-I Services Preliminary Exam will be uploaded on the commission’s website after the entire selection process concludes and the final results are declared. Candidates are advised to regularly check the TSPSC website for updates and further instructions.
