Gators Golf Set for Barbara Nicklaus Cup at Muirfield

TEE OFF

Both the Florida men’s and women’s golf teams will be in action with both playing in the Barbara Nicklaus Cup at Muirfield Village Golf Club from Oct. 7-8.

FORMAT

The tournament features three rounds of match play with each team facing off against each other in the field of Charlotte, Clemson, Florida and Ohio State. 

An overall team champion will be crowned by combining men’s and women’s points.

vs. Ohio State at 7:45 a.m on Monday (Oct. 7)

vs. Clemson at 12:30 p.m on Monday (Oct. 7)

vs. Charlotte at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 8)

Women:

TOURNAMENT HISTORY

This marks the first time Florida will play in the Barbara Nicklaus Cup.

THE TURN

Both programs wrap up the fall season with the men at the Williams Cup (Oct. 20-22) at Eagle Point GC (Wilmington, N.C.) and women defending their title at The Ally (Oct. 21-23) at Old Waverly GC (West Point, Miss.).
