Polk State College will be closed on Friday, November 8, in observance of Veterans Day. Saturday classes will take place on November 9. Classes and regular operations will also take place on Monday, November 11.
Priority registration for the Spring 2025 Semester at Polk State College starts on November 11 for students who have completed at least 50% of their program requirements and students in the following programs: Honors, TRiO, Disability Services, Collegiate High Schools, and Athletics.
Open registration will begin on November 13 for all students. Classes start on January 6.
Currently enrolled students will register for classes via the Polk Portal. Prospective students should submit a free application online at polk.edu or by clicking here.
College staff will be monitoring emails while campuses are closed on Friday.
