Week 10 isn’t set up to be a banger, but upsets are always lurking on weekends like this.
No. 3 Penn State hosts No. 4 Ohio State in a pivotal Big Ten matchup to kick off the day. The Buckeyes already have a conference loss, so another one on Saturday would be crippling in their hunt for the Big Ten title. As for the Nittany Lions, everybody is aware of James Franklin’s struggles in big-time matchups. A win over Ohio State would be huge for him and it’d go a long way toward securing a playoff spot for PSU.
Here are the biggest games late on Saturday. (Scroll down to follow the action live.)
Week 10 is a great chance to check in on Clemson if you haven’t watched the Tigers much since their Week 1 blowout loss to Georgia. QB Cade Klubnik is now the No. 5 favorite for the Heisman and the receiving corps is deep. Cardinals QB Tyler Shough has thrown for 2,348 yards through eight games and has 20 TDs and five interceptions.
The Panthers got some good news Wednesday when coach Pat Narduzzi said QB Eli Holstein would be able to play against the Mustangs. SMU is dealing with its own QB injury issues. Kevin Jennings is officially listed as questionable but says he’ll be ready to go Saturday in what’s a massive game in the ACC standings.

Scoreboard update
Here’s where things stand as the first wave of games hits halftime:
INTERCEPTION OHIO STATE!
What a wild way to end the half in State College. Penn State appeared to have a score just before the break, but OSU’s Davison Igbinosun pulled it away from the receiver in the end zone for a touchback.
It’s still 14-10 at the break.
Duke takes lead on Miami
Meanwhile, in Coral Gables, the Blue Devils are leading the Hurricanes just before halftime after Maalik Murphy found Peyton Jones for this short touchdown pass.
PSU gets it back
The Nittany Lions have the ball just over midfield. They’re trailing 14-10 with under 2 minutes left in the first half.

OSU’s Will Howard fumbles into end zone!
Will Howard took a designed run around the outside but fumbled the ball as he was contacted right before the end zone.
It was initially ruled a touchdown, but the ball was clearly out before he reached the end zone and went over the pylon for a touchback. It was reviewed and overturned.
It’ll be Penn State ball at its own 20.
OSU converts on fourth down
The Buckeyes are on the move again and just converted on a fourth-and-1 at midfield with just over nine minutes left in the second quarter.
Duke ties it up at Miami
The Blue Devils aren’t backing down in Manny Diaz’s return to Miami. Maalik Murphy just found Sahmir Hagans on a short route and the receiver did the rest from there, running for a 27-yard touchdown to tie the game at 14.
Ole Miss rolling early
With these two deep balls from Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart (both 60-plus yards), the Rebels are firmly in control in their SEC clash against Arkansas.
Touchdown Ohio State!
Will Howard finds Brandon Inniss on a short crossing route and the running back does the rest from there, running it in for a 21-yard touchdown to give the Buckeyes the lead.
The drive was kept alive on controversial penalty call, this time an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Penn State (see below).

We’ve already seen one incredible catch in the ACC showdown between Miami and Duke. This one may be even better. Duke cut into Miami’s lead with a TD on the next play.
