The Milwaukee Bucks have made 36 playoff appearances in franchise history, winning two championships. Their most recent title came in the 2020-21 season. Let’s dive into their career leaders and highlight their top five all-time leading rebounders.

1. Giannis Antetokounmpo, 7,779 Rebounds

The Bucks selected Antetokounmpo with the 15th pick in the 2013 Draft. He made a big leap in the 2016-17 season, winning the Kia Most Improved Player Award and making his first All-Star team. Since then, he has won two Kia MVP Awards and finished inside the top five in MVP voting six times. Entering the 2024-25 season, Antetokounmpo has averaged at least 10.0 rebounds per game in seven straight seasons. His best performance on the boards has been when he averaged 13.6 rebounds during the 2019-20 season.

2. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, 7,161 Rebounds

The Bucks selected Abdul-Jabbar with the first pick in the 1969 Draft. In his first season, he was named an All-Star, finished third in MVP voting and was named the Rookie of the Year. He then went on to win the MVP Award in three of the next four seasons and made the All-Star team in each of his six seasons with the Bucks. The Hall of Famer averaged 15.3 rebounds in 467 career games in Milwaukee.

3. Bob Dandridge, 4,497 Rebounds

Dandridge spent his first eight seasons with the Bucks, making three All-Star teams. He averaged at least 7.7 rebounds per game in each of his first four seasons in the league. One of his best seasons came in 1975-76 when he averaged 21.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. Dandridge had a four-season stint as a member of the Washington Bullets before returning to the Bucks to play 11 games in the 1981-82 season.

4. Marques Johnson, 3,923 Rebounds

Johnson came to the Bucks with high expectations after being selected third overall in the 1977 Draft. He immediately made an impact, averaging 19.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1.3 blocks while finishing in second place for Rookie of the Year. He made four All-Star teams with the Bucks and finished inside the top 10 in MVP voting twice. After racking up plenty of rebounds during his rookie campaign, Johnson never averaged more than 7.6 rebounds per game in a season. Across 523 career games with Milwaukee, Johnson averaged 7.5 rebounds.

5. Andrew Bogut, 3,810 Rebounds

Bogut was the first overall pick in the 2005 Draft. He played in all 82 games for the Bucks during his rookie season, finishing third in the voting for Rookie of the Year.
