“Our Monster Mash is an opportunity to come together as a community to support the children and families we serve and to celebrate the beginning of fall,” said Dr. Edwin Simpser, President and CEO of St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children. “The funds raised at this year’s event will go directly toward enhancing the care and services that allow our young patients to thrive, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this event such a success.”

As one of the few healthcare systems in the country dedicated to serving children with complex medical conditions, St. Mary’s has been a lifeline for New York’s most critically ill and injured children for over 150 years. The healthcare system operates an in-patient hospital facility in Bayside and offers home care services and community programs, ensuring comprehensive support for families and their children.

The “Monster Mash” event brought the community together in celebration and demonstrated the shared commitment to helping young patients thrive against challenging odds.
