CBS News has learned Vice President Kamala Harris’ team is vetting about a dozen possible vice presidential candidates, including Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. It comes as her campaign seeks to take advantage of a surge in enthusiasm among Democrats since she announced her candidacy.
