Trump campaign alters its strategy

Former President Donald Trump held a conference call with reporters Tuesday from Mar-a-Lago in which he attacked Vice President Kamala Harris’ record and falsely claimed that she wants open borders. It’s part of a new campaign tactic from Republicans who are eager to define Harris on their terms. Robert Costa has more.
