A freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning is all it takes to feel energised for a long workday. If you have nodded your head in absolute agreement, feel free to call yourselves a coffee lover. To all coffee enthusiasts, there is some good news. A coffee shop called Good News has put up an offer that you just cannot ignore. The staff has agreed to serve free coffee to customers, but under one condition: you have to make a rather “serious barista laugh”. A video of the same was dropped on Instagram, taking coffee aficionados by delight.

“Are you capable of making our most serious barista laugh? What if we told you that the price was a Good Coffee? Let’s get started!” read the caption. The video opens with the barista crossing his arms and looking at the camera with a stern face. Caffeholics were however not deterred by the challenge.
The first customer acted like he is walking down the stairs when there were actually no stairs. However, the barista controlled his laughter and the customer failed in his attempt. The second person tried to make the barista smile by telling him that he was willing to pay with his “heart”. The joke fell flat and the unfortunate buyer had to pay two euros. Luck favoured the third individual whose hilarious question was, “Do you serve Chanterelle mushrooms here?” The barista broke into a hearty laughter, evidently losing his own game.
