Tea Or Coffee? Bhagyashree Makes Her Pick In This Video

Bhagyashree simply loves to share healthy tips with her online family. From the comforting homemade dishes to the excitement of trying new cuisines, she is a true foodie at heart. She often experiments with recipes and ingredients to create delicious meals for herself and her loved ones. For this week’s Instagram series “Tuesday Tips with B,” Bhagyashree decided to discuss the benefits of everyone’s favourite beverage – coffee. “I love my cuppa of coffee… and there are enough reasons why…,” the actress wrote in the caption. The 55-year-old said that coffee regulates our blood sugar, improves our heart health, improves liver function, reduces depression and slows down the effects of Parkinson’s disease. It even suppresses the hunger hormone known as ghrelin, she said.

Bhagyashree has also added that moderation is key and warned her followers to not “overdo drinking coffee”. Too much caffeine can lead to jitteriness, insomnia, and even dependency.
