Watch: Viral Raw Egg Ice Cream Rolls Is Making The Internet Cringe

Summer and ice cream go hand-in-hand, and the latest trend of ice cream rolls has taken the dessert game to a whole new level. From classic flavours to unique ones, there is an ice cream roll for everyone. But, have you ever heard of egg ice cream rolls? Yes, you read that right. A viral video has been making rounds online, showing a vendor preparing ice cream rolls with a raw egg, complete with shells and all. The internet is collectively grossed out, and we can’t blame them. The thought of a raw egg-flavoured ice cream is, frankly, unsettling.

The bizarre video shows the vendor cracking an egg onto a chilled metal surface, typically used for making ice cream rolls. As the egg meets the cold pan, it slowly starts freezing up, after which the vendor mashes the yolk up and mixes it with the egg whites, including the shells, to form a raw scrambled egg-like consistency. The vendor then proceeds to spread the frozen egg mixture into a thin, uniform layer, ultimately shaping it into rolls like the traditional ice cream rolls.
