To make this chocolate ice cream at home, you just need a handful of ingredients. Start by adding makhana, soaked almonds, sugar-free dark chocolate, dates, and milk to a mixer grinder. Blitz to combine everything until it forms a smooth consistency. Once done, transfer to a glass baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top it with a handful of choco chips and cover the dish with cling wrap. Place it in the freezer for at least 8 to 10 hours or overnight, then serve chilled. Use an ice cream scoop dipped in warm water to get that perfect scoop.
