The recipe for this unique paratha was shared by the Instagram page @ohcheatday. To make it, you’ll have to prepare four different types of fillings: aloo, paneer, onion, and cheese. Once you have them ready, roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Next, place the fillings in such a manner that they form four different sections. Now, take a knife and make a slit from the centre to one end. Fold all the edges one over the other to form a triangular shape. Roll it out again and cook on a tawa set on a low-medium flame. Drizzle some ghee all over it while it’s cooking, then flip and cook on the other side. Serve hot and enjoy!
