In goes, some masalas and chutneys. After this, he adds the main ingredient- coconut water. As if that wasn’t enough, the vendor throws in a slice of lemon [gondhoraj lemon] to add a citrusy punch. And voila! He takes a puri, dips it into this pani, and presents it to customers. But wait, there’s more! This innovative vendor even offers Thumbs Up, Coca Cola and Limca pani puris.
