How To Make Flaxseed Cinnamon Tea For Weight Loss
Nutritionist Khyati Rupani shared an easy recipe for flaxseed cinnamon tea that helped her shed several kilos. To make this tea, take two teaspoons of whole or powdered flaxseed and add it to one cup of hot boiling water. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Once done, strain the hot liquid and add half a teaspoon each of lemon juice and cinnamon powder. Mix well and enjoy!
Only tea would not help you shed those extra kilos. Rupani also suggested having a low-fat healthy diet along with this tea to get the best results.

One user asked, “When should we consume this flaxseed cinnamon tea?” To this, Rupani responded, “It can be consumed early morning on an empty stomach.”
