Butterfly pea flower tea has anthocyanin which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which help to improve insulin sensitivity in the body. As per the expert, you can sip this tea at bedtime.

4. Ginger-Cinnamon Tea

While cinnamon is packed with essential minerals like calcium, fibre, iron, and manganese. A flavonoid called Cinnamaldehyde, which is found in cinnamon is known to increase progesterone levels in the body and reduce androgens. This, therefore, helps in balancing the hormones. The expert suggests you have this drink at least two to three times per week.
