Jean-Claude Biguine Salon & Spa (JCB) has acquired South Indian salon chain Bounce Salons to strengthen its network across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, and Bhopal. The business has also launched a skin and hair care brand named ‘Raise,’ which it debuted at an event with actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor.
“The acquisition of Bounce Salons marks a pivotal milestone in our journey towards expanding our footprint across India,” said JCB Salons India’s director Sneh Koticha Contractor in a press release. “We saw immense synergy between our two brands, with a shared passion for innovation, education and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional beauty experiences. This acquisition empowers us to share our distinctive expertise with a wider audience in the South, while also drawing on the rich regional insights that Bounce provides to enhance our offerings.”
Jean-Claude Biguine Salons’ Raise launch event also featured a showcase for its ‘Elegance Rebelle’ hair trends collection. Akansha Ranjan Kapoor was the presentation’s showstopper and wore a sleek up-do and dramatic gown.
“With Raise, we are not just transforming haircare but providing effective solutions for our clients to achieve effortless hair, every day,” said Sneh Koticha Contractor. “We take pride in offering a professional-grade product line that empowers our customers to maintain their style and care routine beyond the salon. It’s all about bringing expertise, convenience, and luxury into their daily lives.”
Jean-Claude Biguine Salon & Spa counts over 47 salons in India and offers a range of hair and beauty products and services. The business was established in 1982 and has a network of over 350 salons worldwide.
