Fashionista to celebrate desi brands in Coimbatore, Salem this September

Business to customer fashion fair Fashionista will bring together up and coming womenswear and accessories labels from across India at its upcoming premium shopping events in Coimbatore and Salem this September.

From September 7 to 8, Fashionista Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition will hold a fashion exhibition at Coimbatore’s Vivanta Hotel, the events organiser announced on Facebook. The fashion fair will feature product categories including women’s traditional, ethnic, and fusion wear as well as accessories, fashion jewellery, handbags, footwear, and gift items among others.
 
Fashionista will then hold a ‘Fashionavya’ shopping fair, which focuses on brand names, in Salem from September 10 to 11. The event will take place at the city’s CJ Pallazio venue and will be Fashionista’s sixth edition in the Tamil Nadu city. The shopping fair will have a similar product selection to its Coimbatore counterpart with a range of local labels in the mix.
 
Launched in 2008, Fashionista Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition is designed to give small and medium enterprises a platform from which to connect with new customer demographics. The events business also aims to introduce shoppers to new labels to enable them to broaden their retail horizons in an engaging manner.
