“We will invest every year from now on to expand capacity,” said KKCL’s joint managing director Hemant Jain, India Retailing reported. “We will invest over Rs 35 crore in FY25 for the two purposes.”

This fiscal, KKCL plans to launch over 10 brick-and-mortar stores in India before March 2025 to bring its total store count to more than 40. The business aims to have the new stores operational before the coming autumn festive season, which is traditionally a busy time for apparel shopping and gifting.

To boost its manufacturing, KKCL will take on a brownfield project located beside its existing facilities in Vapi and Daman, India Retailing reported. The goal is to bring the business’ overall manufacturing capacity to 10 million units each year, up from its current total of eight million units per annum.

KKCL recently took on a 50% stake in women’s jeans manufacturing business Kraus. The business aims to double Kraus’ revenue over the coming three years, up from its 2024 financial year total of Rs 176 crore.
