Chumbak celebrates artisans with Diwali collection

Home and accessories brand Chumbak aims to celebrate Indian artisans with its new Diwali themed collection ‘A Starry Diwali.’ The collection features a range of handcrafted gifting and hosting products and curated sets.

“Starry Diwali celebrates the tradition of Diwali in our motifs and the stars behind the scenes- our artisans, in-house designers, and design houses who work round the clock to bring our products to life,” said Chumbak’s co-founder Shubhra Chadda in a press release. “This year, we want to focus on the magic of gifting something unique, handmade, and full of love. Our festive range breathes the message ‘When the Stars Aligned,’ as we give a big shout-out to the creators who add a special sparkle to every collection.”
 
Colourful, maximalist patterns are designed to inspire joy and mix traditional and modern aesthetics. Mirrored textiles use appliqués to depict traditional scenes and gold accents evoke the shining lights of Diwali. “When you bring home or gift a Chumbak piece, you’re not just buying something beautiful and wholesome, but you’re also celebrating and enabling the artisan community to build a brighter future,” announced the brand.
 
The collection’s gift sets include the ‘Under the Stars Diya Gift Set,’ ‘Marigold Kulhad and Coaster Gift Set,’ ‘Sitara Brass Filter Coffee Gift Set,’ and ‘Tin Triplets Gift Set,’ each featuring festive inspired designs. Chumbak has also launched a range of cards for Rs 20 each which can be used to further personalise gift sets.
