Luxury timepiece retailer Art of Time has acquired the Panerai watch boutique in Mumbai’s Palladium Mall. The move is designed to enable the business to tap into a new demographic of affluent shoppers in central Mumbai and is part of Art of Time’s plan to expand its presence in India’s luxury watch market.
“Through this acquisition, Art of Time is proud to uphold Panerai’s legacy and provide customers with a unique and refined shopping experience,” said Art of Time’s co-founder and director Bharat Kapoor in a press release. “We strive to provide an experience that is a true reflection of Panerai’s tradition, craftsmanship, and innovative designs.”
Art of Time also recently acquired the Panerai boutique at Jio World Plaza shopping mall in Mumbai. The business has given the boutiques a refreshed ambience and they will continue to retail Panerai’s Italian designed and Swiss made timepieces.
The Palladium Mall Panerai store now houses an expanded selection of watches and its store design features the classic Panerai clock wall. The store’s layout has been altered to more immersive and personalised shopping experience, with private consultation areas, according to the business.
“We are thrilled to announce the successful takeover of the Panerai boutique at Palladium Mall, Mumbai,” said Art of Time’s co-founder and director Gaurav Bhatia. “This perfectly aligns with our vision of bringing the finest timepieces to our discerning clientele.”
