Jewellery brand Tribe Amrapali plans to open a new store in Srinagar Airport in the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. The brand has seen its current airport outlets expand its reach and receive a promising response from travellers.
“So far, the experience has been quite rewarding,” said Tribe Amrapali’s CEO Akanksha Arora about the brand’s operational airport stores, India Retailing reported. “We have received a positive response from travellers who appreciate our focus on quality and authenticity. Additionally, these environments allow us to showcase our brand story effectively, creating an engaging shopping experience even for those on the go. Overall, it has expanded our reach.”
In August this year, the brand opened its 23rd India store in Pune Airport. Tribe Amrapali also counts two stores at Hyderabad International Airport and outlets in IGI Airport, Goa International Airport, Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, and Mumbai Airport.
“We are focusing on expanding our presence at airports,” said Arora. “We have seen great sales there, and these locations also serve as fantastic billboards for our mall stores. Travellers often notice our brand while they’re at the airport, and then they look for us when they’re back in their cities. It’s a win-win situation.”
