Jockey India licensee Page Industries Ltd reported a 4 percent increase in net profit to Rs 165 crore ($19.7 million) for the April-June quarter, as against Rs 158 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 4 percent to Rs 1,278 crore, as against Rs 1,229 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Commenting on the results, VS Ganesh, managing director, Page Industries Ltd in a statement said, “I am pleased to announce that our dedicated efforts to enhance the inventory health of our distributors have significantly boosted the overall efficiency of our business. We have successfully maintained strong operating margins while simultaneously advancing several digital transformation initiatives, enhancing consumer engagement, and investing in technology.”

Jockey is the company’s flagship brand has around 1,395 exclusive brand outlets in India with extensive presence in multi-brand outlets, large format stores, and e-commerce platforms.
