Apparel and lifestyle brand Snitch is gearing up to open its tenth brick-and-mortar store in India to date in Hyderabad. Located in Sarath City Mall, the outlet measures an expansive 3,500 square feet and will be the label’s first in the state of Telangana.
“Our first store in Hyderabad, located in Sarath City, boasts an expansive area of 3,500 square feet,” said Snitch’s chief marketing officer Chetan Siyal, India Retailing reported. By launching offline in the southern state, the brand aims to tap into the region’s growing demand for branded western wear.
“We are looking to extend our reach into other South Indian states, specifically Tamil Nadu and Kerala,” said Siyal. “These regions have been identified as promising markets for our brand, considering their growing fashion-conscious populations and economic dynamism.”
The business has reported 100% year on year growth in the southern region and expects this trend to continue, fuelled by continued offline expansion. Keen to forge strong retail roots in the south, Snitch is also focusing on increasing brand accessibility in the region.
Snitch is based in Bengaluru and began as a direct to customer brand in 2020. The business recently announced that it plans to launch between 20 to 30 brick-and-mortar stores in the 2025 financial year.
