Real estate business Felix Realty will launch its flagship project ‘Felix Plaza’ in Gurugram, including a large scale shopping centre. The mall is scheduled to open by the end of the year and will feature an array of Indian and international brands.
The Felix Plaza construction project is located in Gurugram’s Sector 82A on National Highway 48 and will be designed to serve the Delhi NCR region, India Retailing reported. The development will include a built up area of 8.5 lakh square feet and the mall will focus on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle goods.
Brands set to launch stores in the upcoming mall include Max Fashion, Zudio, Samsonite, Westside, Marks & Spencer, Vero Moda, Forest Essentials, Apple, Hidesign, Birkenstock, Wakefit, Looks Salon, and Lifestyle among others. The shopping centre will also feature a hypermarket and groceries segment to offer everyday fast moving consumer goods to local shoppers along with a food court, cinema, and gaming zone.
Felix Realty’s parent company is Barmalt Malting India Private Limited which describes itself as the largest malting company in India, according to its website. The business was established in 1967 and has a base in Gurugram. By pivoting to the real estate industry, the business aims to “bring a breath of fresh air to the business”.
