“The confluence of diamonds, Swarovski’s heritage, and my creative vision has culminated in a collection that embraces the birth of new dimensions for the universe of Swarovski,” said Swarovski’s global creative director Giovanna Engelbert in a press release on June 10. “The endeavor of meticulously creating diamonds to reflect light in mesmerizing ways was remarkable, and what truly excites me is the accessibility to this beauty, thereby elevating the possibilities of customers’ creativity in their self-expression.”

The Austrian business has already launched the line in the US, China, and Japan and the Swarovski Created Diamonds line will retail in India from Rs 26,000. The 19-piece collection includes rings, necklaces, and earrings and is available in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Amritsar, Cochin, Hyderabad, Chennai, Surat, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and Kolkata.

“As Masters of Light since 1895, we are pleased to enrich our proposition with Swarovski Created Diamonds collection in India,” said Swarovski’s CBO Myrtille Clement-Fromentel. “Each piece reveals our unique savoir-faire, creativity, and artistry, allowing customers to indulge themselves or delight their loved ones with beautiful fine jewelry pieces. Our Swarovski Created Diamonds collections are the ultimate expression of Giovanna Engelbert’s creative vision and represent an exciting chapter in our brand journey to offer all our customers the opportunity to unleash the full radiance of their individuality.”

Swarovski Created Diamonds are lab grown diamonds which are identical to mined diamonds in terms of their physical and optical attributes, according to the brand. The lab grown diamonds are graded using the 4Cs of clarity, color, cut, and carat weight and stones of 0.18 carat and larger carry a microscopic laser inscription which reads ‘Swarovski Created Diamond’ as a quality guarantee.
