Menswear brand Snitch has announced its integration with sustainable fashion platform Relove to enable shoppers to purchase authenticated preloved Snitch items at a significant discount and sell their own preloved goods through Snitch’s direct to customer e-commerce store.
“The Integration of Relove epitomises our steadfast commitment to sustainable fashion,” said Snitch’ founder and CEO Siddharth Dungarwal in a press release. “We believe in offering our customers stylish and high-quality clothing and the opportunity to make eco-conscious choices. By integrating Relove, we are empowering our customers to contribute to a more sustainable future. This initiative allows them to enjoy their favourite Snitch styles while supporting environmental conservation.”
By integrating Relove into Snitch’s own platform, shoppers are encouraged to remain on the brand’s website while shopping second hand. Branded items are authenticated to boost consumer confidence and the initiative is also designed to build a greater sense of community around the brand. Snitch has undertaken a number of environmentally focused initiatives and has saved three million litres of water over the past two years.
Siddharth Dungarwal launched Snitch in 2020 as a direct to customer apparel brand to offer menswear specifically tailored to the needs of the Indian market. The brand gained recognition by appearing on the television show Shark Tank India Season 2, where it was the only brand to secure an ‘All Shark’ investment deal. The business also recently raised Rs 110 crore in a Series A funding round.
