Skincare brands Fixderma and FCL Skincare have launched a mobile shopping app with a range of app-exclusive promotions. Launched on October 1, the app is designed to enable the brands to make more personalised connections with customers.
“At Fixderma, customer experience is our top priority,” said Fixderma’s co-founder and CEO Shaily Mehrotra in a press release on October 3. “Our new app offers a seamless and engaging shopping experience, offering complete skincare solution. From product discovery to expert advice, we’ve got you covered. We aim to set a new standard for skincare accessibility with this app, and we can’t wait for you all to try it.”
The new app is available to download for both iOS and Android and offers faster delivery options to customers. The launch follows on from the recent opening of Fixderma’s brick-and-mortar store.
“It’s a big step in creating deeper, more personalised relationships with our customers,” said Fixderma’s chief marketing officer and e-commerce head Preetam Jena. ‘While mobile apps aren’t the norm in skincare, we wanted to go beyond the usual. Fixderma was established in 2010 and aims to bring an innovative approach to skin health while offering a bridge between prescription-based treatments and over-the-counter cosmetics. The brand today exports to 30 countries and its products address skin issues including aging, acne, dryness, and hyperpigmentation.
