‘Raanjhanaa’, an Aanand L. Rai’s directorial venture, is telling a tale of love which has never an accommodation to the whims and fancies of one-sidedness.
This includes Dhanush, Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Dole in lead roles while the film revolves round Kundan a young man from Varanasi who is crazy in love with Zoya. It is a story of Kundan, who is passionate about his love and full of pain and has a tragic end. By giving his life and dying in the process Young felt like he made some kind of statement on love, obsession and what people’s choices make from them.
