Ranbir Kapoor turned down Karan’s offer during the seventh season of his chat show. Talking about Ranbir Kapoor’s absence, Karan Johar told NDTV that Ranbir is a very close friend of his. He mentioned that Ranbir said, “If I say something, kuchh gadbad ho jaega (something will go wrong) so I’m not coming.”
