‘Border 2’ which carries forward the legacy of the 1997 ‘Border’ has got all the rave reviews. The audience seems happy with the sequel and most feel that it has done justice to its predecessor. The sequel retains Sunny Deol in the lead while starring Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Diljit Dosanjh alongside him. The film had great advance bookings and opened at a good Rs 30 crore on Friday, day 1. However, the real test will begin now during the weekend and the extended holiday for Independence day. According to Sacnilk, after a good opening of Rs 30 crore on Friday, on Saturday, one can expect some growth. As per early estimates on second day, the film has made Rs. 35 crore. The total collection now stands at Rs 65 crore.
