Box office roaring in first weekend
According to Sacnilk, on day four (Sunday), ‘War 2’ earned an estimated Rs 31 crore across all languages in India. This brought its four-day net total to Rs 173.60 crore. If the film continues at this pace, it is likely to cross the Rs 200 crore mark very soon, proving its massive appeal among audiences.

The Times of India gave the film a 3 out of 5 star rating. Their review stated, “War 2 offers high-octane moments, striking visuals, and polished production to make for a passable big-screen experience. Strictly watchable only if you’re in it purely for the action and spectacle.”
