Kamaal R Khan, also known as KRK, has been allegedly booked by the police after he was accused of making disrespectful comments against Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati.
Reportedly, Superintendent of Police (Rural) Sagar Jain shared that the FIR was filed by Sushil Kumar, the BSP’s district unit chief, at Deoband police station. Khan, who originates from Fulas Akbarpur, made the controversial comments in a social media post on X.
For those unaware, KRK recently made a controversial tweet about Mayawati, saying, “Behan ji ne tikat diya! Kaun hai Behan ji? Behan ji ko bolo shauchalya saaf karen! Yahi aukat h uski!”
Soon after his tweet, users started trolling him for his way of judging Mayawati. Netizens also trolled him for his remarks on Mayawati. Not only this, but KRK’s replies to users were also controversial.
Meanwhile, KRK’s brother, Majid Ali, who previously ran unsuccessfully for Lok Sabha on a BSP ticket, has reportedly stated that he has had no connection with Khan for the past 15 years.
Earlier, the actor was arrested at Mumbai airport while he was on his way to Dubai. KRK took to his official X account to inform his followers about his arrest. He wrote, “I am in Mumbai for last one year. And I am attending my all court dates regularly. Today I was going to Dubai for new year.
KRK publicly apologised to Salman Khan on Twitter after he blamed the superstar for his arrest. KRK had also mentioned that he voluntarily decided not to review the actor’s films anymore.
