Malaika Arora Father Death News: Malaika Arora’s Father Anil Arora Dies by Suicide in Mumbai |

Bollywood actress Malaika Arora’s father Anil Arora passed way on September 11. According to reports, he alleged died by suicide early morning today. News agency ANI quoted the Mumbai Police, “Father of actress-model Malaika Arora died by suicide by jumping off a terrace. Police team is present at the spot.”

Numerous cops have reached her Bandra residence and there is an ongoing probe into the matter.Malaika Arora’s parents, Anil Arora and Joyce Polycarp stayed at Ayesha Manor in Bandra west, where this tragic incident happened. Malaika Arora’s ex-husband Arbaaz Khan was one of the first to reach the building and he was seen at the spot co-operating with the cops. It is being reported that this unfortunate incident took place at 9am on Wednesday. According to reports, the postmortem will take place at Baba Hospital. The details surrounding Anil Arora’s sudden demise are still uncertain, and according to procedure, the authorities will probe the matter. Sources had told ETimes that the cops are doing the punchanama right now.
In a statement to the media, DCP Crime Branch, Raj Tilak Roshan said, “Body of one Anil Arora (62) was found. He resided on the 6th floor. We are carrying out further investigation and our team is here. We are investigating all angles in detail. Our teams are here, forensic teams are here as well…Body is being taken for postmortem. We are investigating everything in detail…Prima facie it seems to be suicide, we are conducting further investigation.”

Anil Arora usually stayed away from the public eye, and was occasionally seen with his daughters during family outings. Last year, Malaika Arora and her mother were spotted outside a Mumbai hospital, where Anil Arora was admitted for an undisclosed reason. Malaika and Amrita’s mother, Joyce Polycarp, is a Malayali Christian, and her father, Anil Arora, was a Punjabi, who worked in the Indian Merchant Navy.

A few years ago, Malaika Arora had revealed that her parents had separated when she was just 11 years old. The Arora sisters were raised by their mother, who relocated to Thane from Chembur post the separation. The actress had shared that her childhood was wonderful but it was not easy.
Festivals or otherwise, the two daughters, Malaika and Amrita were often spotted visiting Anil Arora and Joyce Polycarp at their Bandra home. Meanwhile, Malaika Arora stayed alone at an apartment in 81 Aureate, in Pali Hill, Bandra West.
Soon after Anil Arora’s death was reported, Bollywood celebrities and close friends of the actress reached her family’s residence. Arjun Kapoor, Salim Khan, Salma Khan, Helen, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Sohail Khan, Seema Sajdeh, Kim Sharma, Ritesh Sidhwani and many others arrived at Ayesha Manor to offer condolences.
