‘Border 3’, the war film starring Sunny Deol in the lead, may have been witnessing a noticeable slowdown in its second and third weeks at the box office, but the film has still managed to make its way into the Rs 300 crore club at the domestic box office. The film had a relatively slow start to its third week, collecting just around Rs 2.85 crore on Friday. ‘Border 2’ crosses Rs 300 crore mark
With its Day 16 earnings, the film’s total India net collection now stands at approximately Rs 301.5 crore. As per reports, the film’s all-India gross has crossed Rs 360 crore.
‘Border 2’ worldwide box office collections
While the majority of its box office business has come from the domestic market, ‘Border 2’ has also performed well overseas, earning an estimated Rs 52 crore. This takes its worldwide box office collection to around Rs 412 crore.

The film had a strong opening during the Republic Day weekend and enjoyed an undisputed run at the ticket windows. However, it is now expected to face fresh competition next week with the release of Shahid Kapoor’s ‘O Romeo’. The new release is expected to take a huge bite out of the ‘Border 2’ collections.Besides the Bollywood film, ‘Border 2’ will also face added competition from the Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi film ‘Wuthering Heights that also hits the big screens on February 13, just in time for the Valentine’s Day weekend.

As per early estimates on Sacnilk, ‘Border 2’ bbegan its box office run on its third Sunday on a good note. The film recorded a collection of over Rs 20 lakh from just its early morning shows. With the day only just begining, it remains to be seen just how much the film can rake it to close another weekend on a high. The film scored Rs 121 crore in its first weekend and followed it up with a collection of Rs 51 crore on its second weekend. Currently, the film’s third weekend total stands at an estimated Rs 7.1 crore.

By early afternoon, ‘Border 2’ earned an estimated collection of Rs 93 lakh, thus setting the film up for another good weekend at the box office. If the film is able to rake in an estimated Rs 3 crore, it will cross the Rs 10 crore mark on its third weekend.
