Calvin Klein, Inc. announced on Friday the appointment of Lila Staab as senior vice president, brand communications and culture.
In this role, effective June 10, Staab will be responsible for overseeing Calvin Klein’s global entertainment relations and events, as well as leading the integrated communications and influence strategies. Working closely with the global and regional teams, she will aim to enhance the brand’s visibility, foster deeper consumer engagement, and drive innovation across all consumer touchpoints.

Staab’s career spans over 20 years and includes leadership roles at fashion houses including Gucci, Giorgio Armani, and a previous tenure at Calvin Klein. Her experience includes fostering significant industry partnerships and relationships with top celebrities and influential leaders within the entertainment, fashion and cultural communities.
Most recently, as the global senior vice president of entertainment industry relations at Gucci, she played a pivotal role in shaping the Chime for Change movement, an initiative dedicated to advancing gender equality.
